Thai Jashe! is a Gujarati movie written and directed by Nirav Barot released in the year 2016. Lead role in the movie Thai Jashe played by Malhar Thakar and Monal Gajjar. Also veteran Gujarati and Bollywood actor Manoj Joshi with Kukkum Das, Hemang Dave, Maulik Chauhan, Bhavini Jani, Jay Bhatt, Atul Patel and Dipti Brahmbhatt plays an important role in this film.

The movie Thai Jashe! portrays beautifully the ambition and struggle of a middle-class man to own his dream house in the big city of Ahmedabad. Pranav Joshi aka Pappu; a character played by Malhar Thakar is a small-town boy from Jetpur town and migrated to Ahmedabad for his studies and doing a job into an IT company. With his dedication and hard work, he progressed himself to become a head designer in an IT company and now engaged to Kajal; a character played by Monal Gajjar. Kajal is a daughter of Harkkant Bhatt and Leela Bhatt, who happens to be a childhood friend of Pranav’s father Chandrakant Joshi.

Then comes the twist in the move Thai Jashe as Chandrakant Joshi, Pranav’s father’s business got bankrupt in Jeptur and he got migrated to Ahmedabad with his son’s small rented apartment. But after insulted by their landlady, Pranav decided to buy his own house in Ahmedabad where he can get settled with his family peacefully. Next what happens next in movie Thai Jashe with bank loan departments, brokers and builders and what all struggle Pranav passes through is a common man’s adventure to own his house in a city like Ahmedabad.
