Sharato Lagu is a crazy romantic comedy Urban Gujarati movie that rolls around the matrimonial deed between Satya and Saavi. Both have personalities of extreme differences. They meet each other for prospective marriage partners. This crazy mix makes the crux of comedy for viewers. Released on October 24th, 2018, the movie Sharato Lagu casts Malhar Thakar and Deeksha Joshi as a lead role.
Saavi or Savitri (Deeksha Joshi) is a veterinary doctor and vegan who works at an animal shelter. While Satya or Satyavrat (Malhar Thakar) is an engineer by qualification and entrepreneur by profession. Both of them are different in their personalities and food choices. But the common thing between them is that both of them are constantly under pressure from their parents to get married. By meeting each other to get married, they decided to experiment first to live together for two months before tying the knot.
This latest Gujarati movie has its own twist of taste. Saavi hates non-veg food as well as non-vegetarian while Satya’s regular diet is eating non-veg food. After hearing the condition set by both of them to live together for two months, initially, Saavi’s parents refused it thoroughly but on knowing Saavi is adamant, they allow it. As the film Sharato Lagu progress initially everything goes well between them at Satya’s home where Saavi shifted for two months. But learning that non-veg food is prepared and served at home to a guest, Saavi gets upset and there were some heated arguments between them.
